The #16 Dyson Racing Lola-Mazda of Chris Dyson, Guy Smith and Jay Cochran took the 2011 ALMS LMP1 title after finishing 2nd in an eventful 6-hours race at the Laguna Seca track in California last night. Finishing in 2nd place, the longtime Lola customer team celebrated after an epic race which was won by the Aston Martin powered Lola of Stefan Mucke, Harold Primat and Adrian Fernandez. The Oryx Dyson Lola-Mazda of Steven Kane, Butch Leitzinger and Hamed Al Masaood rounded out the podium, making it a very special day for the Huntingdon based constructor.
