THE LOLA T320

T320 in US specification at the Lola factory.

Lola's two previous Formula Super Vee designs, the T250 and the T252, had been race winners but not championship contenders so, for 1973, a new car, the T320, was designed. It followed typical Lola practice with twin wishbones and outboard spring/damper units at the front and top link, reversed wishbones, a pair of radius rods and outboard spring/damper units at the rear.

The T320 was a front runner from the start and it won 18 major races with Freddy Kotulinsky winning the Formula Super Vee Gold Pokal and Elliott Forbes-Robinson took the SCCA Formula Super Vee Championship.
