The Formula Atlantic T860 at the Lola factory.

The T860 was the Formula Atlantic version of the T850/Toleman TG280 that Lola were building under licence. Just two cars were built, one of which went to the US to be raced in Formula Atlantic while the other went to Australia for use in Formula Pacific, the Southern Hemisphere version of Formula Atlantic.

Full technical details of the T860 design can be found in the Lola Press Release below together with a list of the differences from the Formula 2 car. The latter list indicates that there were some changes to the suspension presumably to deal with the different tyres used in the two series.
